Born in Milan on 28 July 1964.

Graduated in Economics from Università Bocconi in Milan in 1990 (104/110).

Registered with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants (Albo Dottori Commercialisti)  since 15.09.1999 and with the Register of Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Contabili) since the year 2000.

Over a decade’s experience as tax consultant, with a focus on accounting, company law and domestic tax issues, and significant expertise in company valuations, consolidation of financial statements and anti-laundering issues for financial intermediaries.

Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors (Sindaco) of various companies.
