Experience in the areas of company law, Tax and Audit.

Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors (Sindaco) of several companies; in the past held the office of Official Receiver.

Specializes in integrated administrative management for companies, with a focus on accounting and e-accounting issues, and has extensive experience in due diligence activities.
